We really enjoyed the comforts of this colonial hotel. the staff was affable and amazingly nice, even helped with everything we needed. the venue had an amazing location a few meters away from Rajapihilla.

The double room is cosy and has an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Special thanks to accommodating staff for making my stay a such great experience.

The location here is fantastic, right beside Rajapihilla, and we loved the well-arranged triple room with a beautiful view.

The peaceful setting of this place is close to the city center, the hill, and the garden, making it a great location.

The room had 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds, which was spacious. the location was peaceful, surrounded by mango trees in the garden and in a quiet area. - Everything met my needs, and I would definitely book again.

The room was cozy and comfortable with a nice seating area and a TV for entertainment. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The double room had a cool tile/marble floor, which added to the overall charm. The air conditioning in the room kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. Having an electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot beverages. The triple room had a balcony, providing lovely city views to enjoy.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the satellite TV in the double room.

The well-maintained rooms boast hotel-standard beddings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served here exceeds expectations, especially their house tea with milk.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be improved.

Stayed here with my family and it was absolutely amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The view from the terrace was jaw-dropping, overlooking the lake and the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like hot water and air conditioning. The property itself had a cozy colonial vibe and the location was convenient. highly recommend for families and travelers alike!

We had an incredible stay at Kingsman House Bed & Breakfast. the staff were so attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a great view of the lake. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the beautiful lawn. the property itself is stunning, with multiple patios to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. the highlight of our stay was the staff's help in finding a professional taxi driver and the rare treat of really good coffee. Kingsman House truly is a gem!

We arrived late at Kingsman House due to a delayed train, and were delighted by the warm welcome we received from the staff. Despite it being the new moon festival and many restaurants being closed, they went above and beyond to order and deliver delicious Sri Lankan vegetarian food for us. The building itself was well-maintained and very clean, offering breathtaking views of Kandy and the lake. The quiet location allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night without needing to use the AC. our stay at Kingsman House was a truly wonderful experience.

The staff was super helpful with whatever we needed. It was a cool idea to have a fridge, oven, and washing machine in the room that fits four people. Having a bidet in the bathroom was a nice touch! 🌟
